Prices: Prices are based on double occupancy
Taxes: An occupancy tax and State sales tax of 14.625% will be added to your stay.
Deposit: A one-night deposit will be charged at the time of the reservation.
Cancellation: Your room will be held for your arrival and will be charged if you fail to arrive. If you would like to cancel without a charge you must do so 3 days prior to your arrival date, or 14 days prior if you have received a discounted room rate or for a stay of longer than 14 days, by calling 908-277-0005. Bookings in June, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day require 14 days notice to cancel. For event based reservations, you must cancel 30 days prior to the event date.
